About the HR Intern Position

We’re seeking a reliable and proactive HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will leverage strong organizational and communication skills to support various HR functions, working closely with prospective, current, and former employees.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices and be eager to contribute to the company’s growth by supporting administrative tasks, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support:

    • Source candidates for our Portugal and Malaysia offices through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
    • Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
    • Perform background and reference checks as needed

    2. Employee Onboarding & Administration:

    • Assist with the new employee onboarding process

    3.HR Operations & Employee Relations:

    • Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
    • Maintain HR calendars, including scheduling interviews and meetings.
    • Help with termination processes, including paperwork and exit interviews.

    4. General HR Support:

    • Provide assistance with various internal and external HR requests.
    • Conduct research on HR trends and labor law compliance in Portugal and Malaysia.

    Requirements:

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Must be able to commit to a 6-month internship.
    • Foreign students must have a valid student visa to be eligible for the internship.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and (Any HR Software is a plus)
    • Superb organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
    • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a strong attention to detail.
