What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist the Marketing team in planning and executing marketing and communication strategies
  • Identify new opportunities and stay updated on market and industry trends
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of collaborative initiatives
  • Support the Marketing team in virtual event organisation, including webinars and health challenges
  • Responsible for daily high-impact SEO and performance marketing tasks
  • Coordinate the localisation of marketing materials with translators
  • Taking an active role in tracking, consolidating, and analysing performance metrics for all marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to the brainstorming of creative ideas to enhance the brand’s standing
  • Assist in managing Naluri’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, generating reports, and engaging with comments.
  • Remaining flexible and responsive to additional responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as and when needed

What we’d love to have for the role include:

  • Undergraduates or final-year students majoring in Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology, Communications or any related field
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages will be an advantage)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, independent, results-oriented and a highly motivated self-starter
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills with strong follow-through abilities
  • Basic virtual event management, editing, and recording skills are a plus
